My journey into real estate sales began nearly a decade ago as a vital member of the Zwick Chimes Real Estate Group—a small yet highly successful real estate team. Together, we achieved the title of Vancouver’s #1 Real Estate Team and ranked among the Top 5 Real Estate Teams in Western Canada for consecutive years. Our expertise spanned a wide spectrum, from budget-friendly condos to cutting-edge luxury residences, excelling in every facet of the market. Guided by exceptional mentorship and a strong drive for knowledge, I developed a solid foundation in Vancouver’s real estate landscape.

My proficiency in contracts, refined over years of experience, combined with effective sales strategies, has earned me a respected reputation within the industry. My path into real estate was shaped by a blend of educational and professional experiences, beginning with Marketing at BCIT and continuing with Business Studies at UBC. These studies laid the groundwork for the profession I know and love today.

Throughout my early career, I honed my expertise in customer service, sales, and management roles, which provided a strong foundation for my transition into real estate. I initially applied these skills at Vancouver’s leading brokerages in office management and conveyancing, gaining valuable insight into the intricacies of real estate transactions. This multifaceted experience uniquely positions me to offer clients a comprehensive understanding of both sides of the process. My intimate knowledge of Vancouver’s neighborhoods, architecture, and strata ownership allows me to guide clients confidently through their real estate journey.
